- Our Promise & The Beauty of our sustainable fabrics We follow the highest quality control standards to ensure each product is crafted with the care and workmanship you expect. Slight slubs, irregular textures, or tiny thread variations are natural characteristics of our sustainable fabrics and are not defects. These nuances are part of the fabric’s authentic charm, showcasing its natural origin and artisanal quality.
- General Policy To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. As a company policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

Exchanges (Sizing/Fit Issues) If there is an issue with the fit or sizing of your product, we are happy to offer an exchange.
- Initiate an Exchange: Please email us at customercare@sufithreads.com with your order number and details of the sizing issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return Shipment: You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our studio at the address provided by our team. Please ensure the product is in its original condition.
- Quality Check & Dispatch: Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will review it. Upon approval, we will ship the requested size, subject to availability.
- Availability: If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund in the form of online store credit to your Sufi Threads account.
- Eligibility: This exchange policy is only valid on products purchased at full price. Items purchased during a sale or special promotion are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We take utmost care in dispatching our orders. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or different from the one you ordered, we are committed to making it right.
- Report the Issue: Please email us at customercare@sufithreads.com with your order number and clear images of the damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Resolution: Our team will investigate the issue and arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. Upon a successful quality check of the returned item, we will offer you a choice of either a full refund or a replacement of the same product.
- Sale Items All items purchased on sale or during a promotional period are considered final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are delivered damaged or incorrect, as per the policy above.
- Order Cancellation You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at customercare@sufithreads.com with your order number. Upon cancellation, the refund will be issued as store credit within 7-10 business days. Please note that any partial cancellation of an order may result in shipping charges being applied to the remaining items.

Refund Process & Timelines All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days as store credit after the request has been approved by our team. The method of refund depends on your original mode of payment:
- Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): The refund will be credited directly back to the original payment source.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be issued as store credit to your Sufi Threads account, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
