We make every effort to display the true drape, texture, and colors of our Bamboo Tencel essentials as accurately as possible. 3. Orders & Acceptance
The display of products on our store constitutes an invitation to treat. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Sufi Threads reserves the right to decline, cancel, or adjust any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or transactions flagged by automated fraud prevention systems. If an order is canceled after payment has been completed, a full refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.
4. Domestic Delivery & Transfer of Title
All domestic deliveries are fulfilled from our Dubai warehouse and handled by licensed UAE courier networks. Risk of loss and title for all purchased garments pass to you upon confirmed delivery to the physical address specified in your order. We are not liable for transit delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable operational control, including adverse weather, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

All content on this website including the Sufi Threads brand name, logos, garment patterns, typography, visual layouts, editorial photography, and written text is the exclusive intellectual property of Sufi Threads and Runaavya FZC.
