  1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
    • Domestic Orders (within India): Please allow 10-12 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our studio.
    • International Orders: For all international purchases, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp at +91 99677 03301 for assistance and order processing.
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
  2. Shipping Costs & Duties
    • Domestic Orders (within India): Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All product prices shown are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
    • International Orders: International orders can be placed directly from our website. For any assistance kindly reach out to us at via WhatsApp at 919967703301. Note that the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs and local duties and additional duties might vary depending on location.
  3. Delivery
    • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package multiple times before it is returned to our studio.
    • To ensure a seamless delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including the zip/pin code and a valid mobile number.
    • Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.
