We believe in complete transparency with zero hidden surprises at checkout. Sufi Threads provides complimentary standard delivery on every order across all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Every domestic order ships completely free.

Local UAE Fulfillment & Timelines

  • Local Dispatch: All orders are packed and dispatched directly from our local logistics facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time, Monday to Saturday) are prepared and handed over to our courier partner on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Sundays, or during official UAE public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Estimated Delivery Windows:
    Dubai & Sharjah: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours from dispatch.
    Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: Delivered within 1 to 3 business days from dispatch.
  • Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our Dubai warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification via SMS, email, and WhatsApp containing tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Protocol & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure you provide a complete physical address at checkout, including your building/tower name, apartment or villa number, street name, and Emirate. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • A valid UAE mobile contact number (+971) is required so our local courier partner can contact you to coordinate delivery timing.
  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) consecutive times. If the recipient remains unreachable after three attempts, the package will return safely to our Dubai fulfillment center.
